Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Culinary Supervisor to coordinate daily kitchen operations. The role reports to the Concessions Chef and supports opening/closing, food prep, and adherence to quality and safety standards. You will lead a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences during stadium events.

The ideal candidate has culinary training and experience in fast-paced settings, with strong English communication and the ability to multitask and lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Professional culinary training or experience in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
• Solid knowledge of menu items, specials and services.
• Ability to obtain food safety certification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate opening/closing procedures and food preparation with the kitchen team.
• Lead a team with respect and commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Maintain HACCP standards, cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen.
• Ensure proper portion sizes, quality, safety and cleanliness of equipment and surfaces.
• Assist with inventory and participate in team delivery of high-quality products.
• Adhere to Legends Uniform and Grooming guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
