Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Culinary Supervisor to coordinate day-to-day kitchen operations reporting to the Concessions Chef. You will lead a team to meet guest expectations, ensure food safety and hygiene, and maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires culinary education or equivalent experience, English proficiency, and physical ability to perform tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.

Qualifications

• Culinary training or equivalent experience in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
• Must be able to obtain food safety certification.
• Strong English reading, writing and speaking skills.
• Mobility to perform tasks and lift up to ~50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day kitchen operations as assigned by chefs.
• Lead a team with respect to exceed guest expectations daily.
• Perform daily uniform checks and help maintain kitchen standards.
• Ensure compliance with portion sizes, quality standards, and policies.
• Maintain HACCP, cleanliness and sanitation in kitchen areas.
• Identify and store foods according to established standards.
• Assist in monthly department inventory.
• Support preparation and delivery of products with excellence.
• Adhere to Legends Uniform and Grooming guidelines.
