Forefront is seeking a Supervisor Culinary Services to lead our dining operations in a healthcare setting in Traverse City, Michigan. This hourly, non-exempt role coordinates team activities, performs cooking duties, arranges attractive food displays, and delivers excellent customer service while maintaining cash handling and safety compliance.

Schedule includes days, evenings, some weekends and holidays; uniforms are required and you will report to the Culinary Services Manager.

Essential functions include coordinating team activities, performing cooking duties, arranging food displays, providing excellent customer service, operating ordering and cash handling systems, and cleaning/sanitizing work areas and equipment.

Serves as working supervisor coordinating activities of team members engaged in food operations or services.
Establishes operating standards, communicates expectations, and supervises adherence to those standards.
Performs cooking duties and ensures high-quality food presentation.
Operates cash handling systems and processes payments while ensuring security of cash.
Maintains cleanliness and sanitization of kitchen, cafeteria, workstations, counters, tables, and equipment.
Attends department meetings and supports compliance with all policies and procedures.
