Forefront is seeking a working Supervisor Culinary Services to oversee daily food operations in a healthcare setting. The role requires coordinating team activities, cooking duties, and ensuring excellent customer service while maintaining a clean, safe kitchen environment.

The position is hourly and non-exempt, with schedule days, evenings, some weekends, and holidays. Full-time benefits are available for eligible team members, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to operate cash handling systems securely.
• Proven reliability with punctual attendance and readiness for shift work.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate team activities and supervise team members engaged in food operations or services.
• Perform cooking duties and arrange attractive food displays.
• Operate an ordering system and cash handling software; process payments securely.
• Break down, clean, and sanitize kitchen, cafeteria, workstations, and equipment.
• Adhere to safety protocols and participate in mandatory training and competencies annually.
• Attend department meetings and contribute to department goals.
