Job summary

Forefront is seeking a Manager, Culinary Production to lead back-of-house culinary operations in a healthcare setting. You will direct daily production, ensure recipe adherence, manage inventory and staff development, and partner with clinical and dietary teams to meet resident and patient needs.

The role emphasizes food safety, HACCP/ServSafe compliance, cost control, and quality standards, with travel to support multiple locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily culinary production for resident dining, café/retail, and catering functions.
• Ensure adherence to standardized recipes, portion control, and presentation standards.
• Maintain production sheets, batch cooking schedules, and par levels.
• Conduct daily quality checks for taste, texture, temperature, and appearance.
• Support menu rollouts, seasonal programs, and special events.
