Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• ARRT-CT and ARRT-R certifications.
• BLS certification.
• Minimum of 2 years CT experience, including advanced protocols.

Responsibilities

Job description

Role:

CT Technologist with advanced imaging expertise, responsible for performing high-quality diagnostic procedures, including advanced protocols such as TAVR, Cardiac CTA, and lung screenings.

Responsibilities:

Verify clinician orders, assess patient history, administer contrast safely, ensure proper identification and labeling, and review images for diagnostic quality. Operate and maintain imaging equipment, ensure radiation safety, and provide pre- and post-procedure patient care. Assist with emergency response and collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and departmental efficiency. Mentor fellow technologists, participate in quality control, and support regulatory compliance. Communicate effectively with patients, explain procedures, address concerns, and ensure patient comfort and dignity.

Leadership & Operations:

Manage departmental workflow, oversee equipment and supplies, support staff hiring and training, and contribute to process improvements. Maintain departmental standards and participate in meetings and onboarding activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program; ARRT-R and ARRT-CT certifications; BLS certification; minimum of 2 years clinical experience with at least 1 year in CT; strong communication, technical, and patient care skills; ability to work independently and under pressure; proficiency in advanced CT protocols and quality control.
