Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Customer Service Representative.
• Thorough knowledge of MS Office and warehouse management system apps, typing 30 wpm minimum.

Responsibilities

• Fulfills the duties and responsibilities of a CSR.
• Provides leadership and sets a positive example for other CSRs through productivity, quality and accuracy of work, customer service skills, professionalism and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Continuously trains and develops CSRs on SOPs.
• Serves as a primary reference for CSRs on questions related to operations, procedures, systems or customer accounts.
• Reviews month end system reports to ensure complete and timely billing of customers.
• Completes forms and prepares reports as required.
• Assist in accounts receivable collections with assigned customers.
• Generate customer thank you letters.
• Identifies continuous improvement opportunities in processes.
