Job summary

Verst Group Logistics Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support training and supervision of CSRs while handling core CSR duties. You will assist in ensuring accurate billing, respond to customer inquiries, and help improve processes.

The role emphasizes leadership, professionalism, and adherence to company policies. The ideal candidate has a minimum of two years in CSR and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Customer Service Representative.
• Proficiency with warehouse management system applications and Microsoft Office; typing at least 30 wpm.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to prioritize, organize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities

• Fulfills the duties and responsibilities of a CSR.
• Provides leadership and sets a positive example for other CSRs through productivity, quality and accuracy of work, customer service skills, professionalism and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Continuously trains and develops CSRs on standard operation procedures (SOP).
• Serves as a primary point of reference for CSRs regarding operational, procedural, system or customer account questions.
• Reviews month end system reports to ensure the complete and timely billing of customers.
• Completes forms and prepares reports as required.
• Assist in the accounts receivable collections process with assigned customers.
• Generate customer thank you letters.
• Identifies continuous improvement opportunities in processes.
