Job summary

WesBanco Bank Inc. is seeking a CSR Supervisor at our banking center in Ohio. The role demands promoting excellent customer service, identifying referral opportunities, and supporting management with operational reports and duties.

You will serve as the point of contact for customer service issues and escalate complex needs for the CSR function. You will coach staff to meet sales goals and service standards.

• Ability to coach and train CSR staff.
• Ability to identify referral opportunities within the center.

Responsibilities

• Promotes a sales and service culture within the banking center and assists the Banking Center Manager in coaching CSR staff.
• Assists in and completes operations reports as assigned by Banking Center Management.
• Develops knowledge of the Bank's products and services.
• Performs the normal duties of a CSR with accuracy and efficiency as outlined in CSR description.
• Primary contact for customer issues and complex customer needs related to CSR function.
