Job summary

WesBanco in Wheeling, WV is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to promote a positive work environment and ensure excellent service and operational standards in the banking center.

You will serve as the point of contact for customer service issues, assist management with reports, identify referral opportunities, coach staff, and support sales goals while maintaining security and cash controls.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum Of 1 Year Of Banking Experience Required.
• Minimum of 2 years of cash handling or customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Models the bank's Mission, Vision, and Pledge in daily work.
• Promotes a sales and service culture and coaches CSR staff on referrals.
• Assists in and completes Operations reports as assigned by Banking Center Management.
• Develops knowledge of WesBanco products and services.
• Performs the duties of a CSR with accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintains cash levels and enforces security controls as directed by the Bank.
• Acts as primary contact for customer issues and escalation of complex needs.
• Ensures audits are performed to bank standards.
• Keeps employee and customer information confidential.
• Answers incoming calls and supports banking center success.
