Job summary

WesBanco is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our in-office Banking Center in Austintown, OH. The CSR will handle customer transactions accurately, provide excellent service, and identify referral opportunities to support sales and service goals.

The role requires strong product knowledge, proficiency with banking software, and adherence to policies while maintaining confidentiality. The CSR will operate in a team environment and must be available for all hours of operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Model the Bank's Mission, Vision, and Pledge.
• Accept and accurately process all financial service transactions.
• Maintain cash drawer and balance cash handling procedures.
• Follow security and audit procedures.
• Protect confidential information of customers and employees.
• Support Banking Center by answering calls and handling follow-up tasks.
• Meet referral goals and route sales opportunities appropriately.
• Perform outbound calls as needed to support sales and service.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of Bank products and services.
