QTS Data Centers in Utah is seeking a Supervisor, Critical Operations to lead the maintenance and operation of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems in a 24/7 data center. This role requires coordinating and integrating maintenance activities, leading the Critical Operations Team, and assisting customers with their requests and projects.

Qualifications

• Four or more years of workplace or relevant industry experience.
• Previous direct or indirect people leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish, implement, and maintain facility policies, procedures, and organizational structure within management policy.
• Lead emergency response planning and reporting for electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
• Lead preventive maintenance on equipment including HVAC, electrical, and backup systems.
• Oversee work orders and budget parts; supervise maintenance work to completion.
• Coordinate Data Center space and cable plant design, implementation, and maintenance.
• Provide updates to the Critical Operations Manager and Site Director and stand in as needed.
