Job summary

QTS Data Centers seeks a Supervisor, Critical Operations to supervise maintenance of electrical, mechanical, FLS, plumbing, and controls across the data center. You will coordinate preventive maintenance, budget for parts, and lead a team in on-site operations while supporting customer installs and requests.

Strong leadership, hands-on facilities knowledge, and the ability to respond to emergencies are essential as you mentor technicians and collaborate with site leadership.

Qualifications

• Four or more years of workplace or relevant industry experience.
• Proven people leadership experience with technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead supervision and tactical execution of electrical, mechanical, FLS, plumbing, and controls in and around the data center.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance, repairs, and capital planning for critical equipment.
• Staff, train, coach, and mentor Critical Operations Technicians; ensure safe, compliant operations.
• Assist customers on the data center floor and support customer installations and projects.
• Respond to emergencies, manage incident reporting, and operate within 7x24x365 requirements.
