Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or professional equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for 24x7 data center operation to achieve uptime and SLA compliance.
• Assist in site construction activities ensuring designs meet standards and testing is complete.
• Coordinate customer move-ins and power circuit installations with stakeholders.
• Maintain compliance with SOPs, MOPs, EOPs and change control processes.
• Support accreditation, certification and safety initiatives; ensure OSHA and building codes compliance.
