Job summary

QTS Data Centers in Phoenix is seeking a Supervisor, Critical Operations to lead the maintenance and operations of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems across our 7x24x365 data centers. This role requires coordinating maintenance, managing service contracts, and guiding the Critical Operations Team on site.

You will mentor technicians, develop staffing plans, and ensure safe, compliant operations while supporting customers on the data center floor.

Qualifications

• This role requires at least four years in facility or related industries.
• Prior direct or indirect people leadership experience is required.
• Candidates with data center leadership experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish, implement, and maintain facility policies and procedures.
• Lead preventive maintenance on critical systems including electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Oversee work orders and budgeting for parts and service.
• Coordinate data center space and cable plant design and maintenance.
• Supervise, train, and mentor Critical Operations Technicians.
