Job summary

QTS Data Centers in Atlanta is seeking a Supervisor, Critical Operations responsible for overseeing maintenance and operation of critical systems within the facility. This role requires leadership skills to develop and manage the operations team while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in facilities management and be comfortable in a fast-paced data center environment. This position is not eligible for remote or hybrid work.

Qualifications

• Experience in a data center environment would be a plus.
• Ability to manage complex situations during off hours.
• Frequent lifting requirements of 10 lbs. - 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise installation, repair, and maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate aspects of electrical and plumbing maintenance.
• Lead a team within a 24/7 data center environment.
