Job summary

Relativity Space is hiring a Lead, Corporate Finance to partner with G&A functions, own headcount planning, and manage the AOP end-to-end. You’ll model scenarios, support decisions with financial insights, and drive cross-functional collaboration across Product, Sales, and operations.

You will build and automate planning and reporting in Planful, develop KPI dashboards, and lead monthly reviews. This hands-on role reports to the Senior Director, Corporate Finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field with 5+ years FP&A experience.
• Advanced financial modeling skills using large datasets.
• Hands-on experience with EPM/CPM platforms (Planful, Anaplan, Hyperion, or similar).
• Strong communication skills to explain financial concepts to non-finance partners.
• Self-starter able to create structure in ambiguity and manage multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Act as finance partner for G&A leaders (HR, Legal, Security, etc.), manage OpEx budgets and headcount planning.
• Own the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) cycle and quarterly reforecasts.
• Partner with Product and Sales to develop pricing models and assess unit economics.
• Drive the Monthly Business Review cadence and surface variances and risks.
• Build self-service dashboards with Finance Systems to reduce manual work.
• Take on ad-hoc analyses for leadership with clear recommendations.
