Job summary

On Location seeks a Director, Core Business Finance to lead FP&A for Core G&A, guiding budgeting, forecasting, cost management and finance transformation. You will convert business plans and workforce movements into reliable budgets and actionable insights overseeing roughly $115M of Core G&A costs.

Qualifications

• Finance leadership experience in FP&A for a multi‑business environment.
• Proven ability to translate data into decisions.
• Strong financial modeling, data, systems and process-improvement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Core G&A planning and forecasting and own the annual budget.
• Partner with leaders across Finance, HR and Controllership to align inputs and reporting.
• Drive performance reporting with clear actions and insights for management.
• Identify and deliver savings and efficiency improvements across Core G&A.
• Build and lead the Core G&A finance team and establish scalable processes.
