Gravitics Inc. is seeking a Director of FP&A to own financial planning, forecasting and analysis across the company.

You will partner with the CFO and lead FP&A for engineering, manufacturing and programs, translating plans into financial decisions and building scalable models as the business grows. You will drive the annual plan, long-range forecasting, and scenario analysis, while supporting fundraising, investor updates and strategic decisions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 10+ years FP&A with 3+ years leading teams or functions.
• Experience in aerospace, defense or advanced hardware manufacturing.
• Advanced financial modeling and strong Excel/modern planning tools.
• Experience with government contracting FAR/DFARS and cost accounting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead planning and forecasting, including annual plan and long-range model.
• Own five-year financial plan and board-level presentations.
• Build integrated models for P&L, cash flow, balance sheet and capex.
• Perform scenario analyses to inform executive decisions.
• Support pricing, bids and financials for government opportunities.
• Deliver monthly/quarterly reporting to CFO and Board.
