Zusammenfassung

On Location is seeking a Director, Core Business Finance to lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, cost management, and finance transformation for Core G&A. You will translate business plans into reliable budgets and actionable insights across staffing, professional fees, T&E, and occupancy.

You will partner with Core leaders, HR, Controllership, and business leadership to drive enterprise visibility, challenge assumptions, and deliver sustained improvements in spend and efficiency.

Qualifikationen

• Finance or FP&A leadership experience in a complex multi-business environment.
• Strong cost-centre planning, workforce economics, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Experience leading cross-functional planning with senior business leaders.
• Ability to challenge assumptions and translate analysis into decisions.
• Proven experience managing finance or planning teams.
• Strong financial modelling, data, systems and process-improvement skills.
• Ability to lead transformation while maintaining day-to-day execution.
• Clear, concise executive communication.

Aufgaben

• Serve as a senior business partner to Core leaders and manage forecast quality.
• Lead Core G&A planning, budgeting, and long-range planning.
• Own workforce and labour planning including hires, open positions, and payroll taxes.
• Coordinate with FP&A, HR, and Controllership for central reporting.
• Drive performance reporting with insight into budget vs. actuals and variances.
• Identify savings and translate targets into actionable initiatives.
• Define ownership and processes for the Core G&A finance operating model.
• Lead finance transformation using Adaptive Planning, Workday processes, and SAP S/4HANA.
• Manage special projects from scoping to handoff, including time-tracking.
• Build and develop Core G&A finance and planning teams.
