Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; four years of relevant work experience accepted in lieu of degree.
  • Two years of relevant experience required.
  • Masters degree preferred; prior higher education experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison for academic services and registration-related matters.
  • Provide guidance on policies, procedures, registration, grading, and records management.
  • Coordinate and support administrative operations for expanded academic programs.
  • Oversee elective registration processes and related activities.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and training materials for the Director.
  • Manage data analysis and reporting requests for the Registrar's Office.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives and manage Registrar's Office projects.
  • Train and delegate work to the electives team.
  • Maintain communications to students, faculty, staff about processes and deadlines.
  • Monitor degree audits and backup grade processing during peak periods.
