Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day operations of the education program.
• Coordinate trainee recruitment and onboarding.
• Manage resident appointments, reappointments, and terminations.
• Support IM grand rounds and accreditation activities.
• Plan meetings, conferences, events, and handle AV needs.
• Maintain confidential trainee information.
• Develop knowledge of ACGME, GME, NRMP, MedHub, and related systems.
• Support program leadership in long-term strategy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
