Elior Collegiate Dining is seeking an experienced cook supervisor to coordinate and supervise the work of employees in a fast-paced campus dining environment. You will ensure quality, portion control, and timely service while leading a small team.

The role requires prior culinary experience, strong knowledge of cooking methods, and the ability to manage tasks and mentor staff in a dynamic setting. This is a full-time, on-site position in Lawrenceville, GA with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of culinary experience in a high-volume establishment with emphasis on scratch cooking.
• Knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to supervise a team and provide friendly, helpful customer service.

Responsibilities

• Instructing and training employees in all aspects of food service and sanitation, ensuring meal services begin on time, and ensuring portions, appearance and temperature meet quality standards.
