Job summary

Elior North America is seeking an experienced cook supervisor to coordinate and supervise the work of employees in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. This role will ensure meals begin on time and meet quality standards, while maintaining sanitation and food safety.

You will train staff, enforce standards, and lead a team to deliver scratch cooking with great attention to detail and customer service in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Must-have: at least one year of culinary experience in a high-volume establishment with scratch cooking.
• Knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong product knowledge, friendly customer service, and leadership experience supervising a team.

Responsibilities

• Instruct and train employees in all aspects of food service and sanitation, ensure timely meal services and high-quality portions, appearance and temperature of food.
