Ideal candidates have at least one year of culinary experience, strong knowledge of cooking methods, and proven supervisory skills. We value attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of culinary experience in a high-volume establishment with scratch cooking.
• Knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques and standards.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience supervising a team and providing direction to staff.
• Customer service orientation with product knowledge.
