Job summary

Summit is seeking an experienced cook supervisor for a correctional facility kitchen in Eagle Pass, TX. You will coordinate and supervise staff to ensure efficiency, safety, and adherence to quality standards in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications include at least 1 year of culinary experience in high-volume settings with scratch cooking, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. Prior supervision and customer-focused service are valued.

• Knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques and standards.
