Job summary

Elior Collegiate Dining is seeking an experienced cook supervisor to coordinate and supervise staff in a fast-paced campus dining environment. You will ensure meals start on time, maintain portion control, and uphold high quality and presentation across all items.

The role requires supervising a team, strong culinary knowledge, and a focus on sanitation and high-volume service in a collegiate setting. Onsite at Capital University – Retail.

Qualifications

• At least one year's prior culinary experience in a high-volume establishment with emphasis on scratch cooking.
• Complete knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform multiple tasks at once.
• Experience supervising a team.

Responsibilities

• Instructing and training employees in all aspects of food service and sanitation, ensuring meal services begin on time, and ensuring that portion, appearance and temperature for all food items is appropriate and of high quality.
