• Oversee high-quality food preparation and follow designated recipes and quality standards.
• Manage guest orders to ensure friendly, timely, and accurate service.
• Visually inspect all prepared dishes before serving to ensure quality and presentation standards.
• Maintain a strong knowledge of menu offerings to support quality service and kitchen operations.
• Stock food stations, monitor par levels, and prepare requisitions for ingredients and supplies.
• Train, schedule, and supervise team members to foster a positive work environment.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
