Job summary

Elior North America is seeking a Cook Supervisor for a corrections facility in Mississippi. You will coordinate and supervise kitchen staff to ensure timely, high-quality meals with attention to sanitation and standards.

The role requires experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, and supervision of a team. This onsite position offers benefits and opportunities within the Summit segment of the Elior family.

Qualifications

• At least one year of culinary experience in a high-volume establishment with scratch cooking.
• Complete knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform multiple tasks at once.
• Ability to supervise a team and provide friendly, helpful customer service in a fast-paced environment.
