Job summary

Summit, a division of Elior North America, is seeking an experienced cook supervisor for a correctional facility kitchen in Westminster, MD. You will coordinate and supervise the work of staff to ensure meals are prepared on time and meet established standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires at least one year of high-volume scratch cooking, strong culinary knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to supervise a team. Food Handlers certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least one year's prior culinary experience in a high-volume, scratch cooking environment.
• Complete knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong team supervision and customer service skills.
