Job summary

Casino Omaha is seeking a dedicated cook to prepare all foods listed on the menus for grill, fry, and boil stations and to ensure quality and presentation. You will maintain a clean, safe work area and follow recipes and production sheets.

As part of the kitchen team, you will monitor food temperatures, assist with stock and safety, provide high levels of customer service, and participate in training and meetings as required by the Blackbird Bend Casino handbook.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow recipes and daily production sheets.
• Must be 18+ and able to obtain gaming license.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare items for grill, fry, and boil stations as per menus.
• Ensure plates are aesthetically appealing and cooked to customer specs.
• Maintain a neat, sanitary work station at all times.
