Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years related experience in hotel/gaming environment preferred.
• Good communication skills and team orientation required.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Ability to operate kitchen equipment confidently and safely.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced cooking procedures and operate/rotate multiple stations.
• Lead and motivate team members across cook classifications.
• Maintain proper food safety and health code compliance.
• Ensure ingredient supply levels are accurate and restocked.
• Prepare food according to standard recipes and specifications.
