Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in a high-volume kitchen.
• Culinary degree or related degree preferred; ACF certification helpful.
• Proficient in sautéing, broiling, braising, roasting; soups and sauces.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work under deadlines.
• Ability to read recipes and minimize waste.
• Maintain gaming license and food safety certificates.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals on the culinary line per established standards and recipes.
• Measure ingredients and portion according to recipes.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and correctly.
• Maintain proper temperatures and storage.
• Monitor inventory and ensure fresh supplies.
• Polish and present dishes to guests.
• Ensure sanitation and safety throughout the shift.
• Perform opening/closing and side work.
• Maintain a professional appearance and confidentiality.
• Support smooth kitchen operation in the absence of Head/Sous Chef.
• Adhere to schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
