Responsibilities

• Assists in the general production of the restaurant kitchens shift and operation.
• Maintains a clean and sanitized work area and follows recipes to portion standards.
• Trains and monitors kitchen staff on job tasks and ensures line duties run at maximum speed and efficiency.
• Maintains inventory, checks food quality, and communicates shortages before running out.
• Provides service to guests, handles complaints professionally, and supports events as needed.
