Live! Casino & Hotel Philadelphia is seeking a Lead Cook to oversee daily culinary operations, ensuring quality, consistency, and efficient workflow. You will supervise line staff, uphold sanitation standards, and coordinate with kitchen leadership to meet business demands while upholding brand standards.

The role supports a fast-paced casino kitchen, requires strong cooking skills, teamwork, and adherence to safety procedures in a union environment. Flexibility with shifts is a plus.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Culinary arts training or equivalent experience.
At least 5 years of line cook experience in a restaurant.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes.
Train new hires and instruct staff on cooking techniques and safety.
Collaborate with the Sous Chef/Chef de Cuisine to ensure kitchen success.
Maintain sanitation and safety standards throughout the shift.
Manage high-volume cooking and plating with consistent quality.
