Inn of the Mountain Gods in New Mexico is seeking a Lead Cook for all F&B outlets. You will oversee kitchen operations under the Restaurant Sous Chef, ensuring dishes meet quality and timing standards.

The role requires high-volume cooking experience and supervisory skills; you will train staff, manage inventories, and maintain food safety.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Five years of experience in high-volume cooking.
• Two years of supervisory experience or a lead position.

Mansioni

• Checks inventory and orders supplies as needed.
• Checks, prepares and restocks food stations to par with food and supplies.
• Follows recipes to portion standards.
• Maintains a clean and sanitized work area.
• Directs, supervises, coaches and disciplines kitchen staff during assigned shift.
• Prepares all food and supplies in a timely manner as directed by the Chef or Sous Chef.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
