Maui Brewing Co. Kailua is seeking a Lead Cook to supervise daily kitchen operations and ensure quality food preparation in a high-volume setting. You will oversee staff, uphold safety standards, manage inventory, and collaborate on menu execution.

The role offers full-time/part-time hours, with pay of $22–$25 per hour plus tips and DailyPay access. Benefits include employee discounts, meal provisions, and referral bonuses where applicable.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
• Experience across Fry, Oven, Grill, Saute, Pantry, Pizza stations.
• Proven supervisory or lead role in a kitchen.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices.
• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and ability to follow direction.
• Ability to earn and work with tips and DailyPay access.
