Job summary

Maui Brewing Co. Kailua is seeking a Line Cook III to join our back-of-house team in Kailua, HI. This full/part-time role offers an hourly wage with tips and the option for DailyPay access to wages ahead of payday.

Responsibilities include working designated stations, following recipes, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to food-safety standards. Open availability preferred; health benefits available after thresholds are met.

Qualifications

• 6 months of prep experience and at least 1 year of line cook experience.
• Experience with at least one of the following stations: Fry, Oven, Grill, Saute, Pantry, Pizza.

Responsibilities

• Work designated station and prepare menu items to company standards.
• Follow prep lists and recipes with accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Communicate and work well with teammates and chefs.
• Be on time, ready to work, and willing to learn.
• Learn and support other stations as needed.
