Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• One year experience in a foodservice or retail operation.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple activities and priorities.

Responsabilités

• Prepare hot and cold items using standardized recipes and cooking methods.
• Monitor and restock service areas to ensure food availability and presentation.
• Maintain sanitation and HACCP temperature checks; clean production areas and equipment.
• Provide training and work-lead guidance to DS I/FSW staff and student workers.
