Mount Carmel Grove City, part of Trinity Health, seeks a Senior Chef for the Food & Nutrition Services team. The role runs from 11:30am to 8pm, with every other weekend and rotating holidays, producing high-quality foods in a fast-paced setting.

You will follow standardized recipes, supervise tasks, assist in menu development, and ensure safe, sanitary operations while supporting patient and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Advanced culinary training preferred.
• Sanitation or ServSafe certification within 6 months of hire.
• Minimum 3 years of professional culinary experience.
• Commercial large-volume cooking experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Produce high-quality food per recipes and guidelines.
• Read production tally and meet deadlines for food items.
• Maintain clean, sanitized work areas and proper storage.
• Lead line cooking during shifts and assist in training staff.
• Document leftovers, temperatures and production records.
