Qualifications

• Lead Cook role requiring leadership and teamwork in a high‑volume kitchen.
• Experience with grill stations, expediting and garde manger preferred.
• Culinary training and food safety certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and delegate tasks to kitchen staff; train others as needed.
