Qualificações

• HS Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 5 years in food service preferred, healthcare/ institutional experience a plus.
• ServSafe Manager certification required within 6 months of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily food production and meal service operations.
• Supervise cooks and food service staff; assign and coordinate tasks.
• Ensure recipes, portions, and therapeutic diets are followed.
• Maintain sanitation and food safety practices; monitor inventory and waste.
• Plan, develop, and adjust menus for seasonal cycles and events.
