• Prepare food per standardized recipes and special diet orders.
• Prepare and provide bedtime snacks.
• Ensure appropriate equipment and utensils accompany resident meal trays.
• Prepare and serve substitute foods to residents when needed.
• Oversee and supervise dietary aides and dishwasher by providing guidance and support.
