Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality dishes according to designated recipes and standards.
• Manage guest orders efficiently while ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Oversee stations, execution, quality control and inventory checks.
• Inspect all preparations and plates ahead of serving for quality and presentation.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workspace following safety protocols.
• Coordinate timing and plating, direct cooks during shifts, assist with inventory and ordering.
