Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality dishes according to designated recipes and quality standards.
• Delight guests by efficiently managing orders and delivering a positive dining experience.
• Apply advanced cooking techniques and assist with station setup and rotation as needed.
• Inspect plates for quality and presentation prior to serving.
• Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary workstations in compliance with safety rules.
• Support training and cover supervisory duties when necessary.
• Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
