Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality dishes according to designated recipes and quality standards
• Delight guests by preparing guest orders efficiently while ensuring a positive dining experience
• Execute basic food prep and assist higher-ranked cooks with salads, sides, and breakfast items
• Inspect all preparations and plates before serving to ensure quality and presentation
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and sanitary stations following food safety procedures
• Manage kitchen equipment and recipes to support daily operations
• Comply with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness regulations to uphold guest and team member wellbeing
