Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain Food Handlers Certification.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience in restaurant kitchen preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares meals in accordance with brand standards and guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all kitchen areas according to health regulations.
• Complete necessary food and station preparations prior to opening to serve guests promptly.
• Know the location and operation of safety equipment.
• Assist in storage and rotation of food items per hotel procedures.
• Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and safety in kitchen while minimizing waste.
• Other duties as assigned.
