Responsibilities

• Provide opening and closing guidance for cooks and ensure completion of work.
• Understand all portions of the menu and what is offered within the venues.
• Maintain a clean kitchen and safe work environment.
• Train and supervise kitchen staff; manage inventory and report equipment issues.
• Provide A service to all guests while maintaining standards of service.
• Understand and communicate property promotions within the outlet.
