Job summary

Four Seasons Maui is seeking a Cook 3 to run a station during service, produce consistent dishes, and help train teammates to uphold the highest kitchen standards.

You will fully operate one station (grill, sauté, fry or pantry) and can handle up to three; you’ll assist with training Cooks 4 & 5, stock the station, and help with prep forecasting. Certifications include Hawaii Food Handler's Card and ServSafe within 3 months, plus TB clearance.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years progressive line‑cook experience.
• Ability to run a station consistently under moderate pressure.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to mentor others.
• Solid understanding of food safety and kitchen organization.
• Hawaii Food Handler's Card.
• ServSafe (within 3 months).
• Tuberculosis Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Fully runs one station (grill, sauté, fry, or pantry) on regular services.
• Capable of effectively running up to three stations across assigned kitchen.
• Assist in training Cooks 4 & 5 team members in technique and standards.
• Keeps station stocked and may assist with ordering or prep forecasting.
