Four Seasons Maui is seeking a Cook5 to join our Food & Beverage team. Prepare and cook menu items to Four Seasons standards, following approved recipes, portion controls, and presentation guidelines for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Maintain a clean, organized workstation and safety-focused environment. Qualified candidates have 1–2 years kitchen experience, working knowledge of basic cooking methods, ability to multitask, and knowledge of safe food-handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation and production, ensuring items are prepared in advance based on business demands while minimizing waste and maintaining quality standards.
• Operate, maintain, and clean a variety of kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring a clean, organized, and compliant work environment.
